To raise awareness for the run-off election and encourage folks to turn out, Athens Anti-Discrimination Movement (AADM) is launching the “Get on the Bus and Vote” youth initiative. There are an estimated 23,000 new young voters who will be eligible for the run-offs in January that were not for the November general election. It is imperative that we reach out to these young people and empower them with the knowledge and resources they need to get out and vote! We are looking for people to canvass this upcoming weekend.

I know this is quite the turn around, but any time you can spend promoting the December and January elections will be very much appreciated!We are especially looking for interested high school students and are offering to pay 5 high school students for an average of 8-10 hrs for 4 weeks.
