Athens MLK Jr. Parade and Music Fest 2025
The Annual Athens MLK Jr. Parade and Music Fest 2025 will be held January 20th, 2025 in Downtown Athens and registration is now open. This annual celebration promotes culture and diversity and the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. with a vibrant community. The festivities starts 2pm, parade begins 3pm (on Clayton Street) featuring local bands, dance groups, and community organizations, followed by a music festival showcasing diverse talent, food vendors, and family-friendly activities. Applications will be accepted from October 22nd to December 31st. $25 Late will be added for applications between Jan. 1 to January 10....
