The Athens Anti-Discrimination Movement (AADM) Community Service and Wellness Program, is a multifaceted initiative designed to empower individuals through community service and targeted support for women facing unique challenges.
Need Community Service Hours?
The Community Service initiative provides individuals with meaningful opportunities to give back while gaining skills and experience that enhance their personal and professional growth. Whether for court-ordered service, college applications, or resume building, this program helps participants contribute to the community and develop a sense of civic responsibility.
What is required of the client?
- Potential clients must complete the registration form above. If this is court-ordered community service, please provide the following at the orientation session: the name of the judge that presides over your case, the type of the crime you are charged with, and the number of community service hours to be completed.
- You must provide a valid email (or) phone number to register for our program.
- Potential clients must complete an intake form and attend an orientation before getting started.
- Clients must submit timesheet weekly and commit to completing their community service hours.
- It is the client’s responsibility to obtain transportation to and from the worksite.
- The use of drugs and/or alcohol or arriving at a worksite under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol will result in immediate termination from the program.
