We aspire to create a global community that values diversity, actively practices inclusivity, cultural competence, and stands united against racism and discrimination. Through education, advocacy, and collaboration, we envision a future where equity is the norm and all voices are heard and respected.

You can help us achieve this goal by hosting a DEI Dinner and Dialogue at your home or business. This is a great way to bring together friends, family, and local residents for food and conversation.

All YOU need is to select the date and time to get things started — and the AADM will provide the following:

  • A facilitator to assist with discussion and support with selecting dinner topic
  • Create Invites and email guest. Recommend no more than 18 guests of diverse backgrounds.
  • Provide games and activities such as DEI Bingo and Q/A

The host must cover the AADM facilitation fee and costs associated with the dinner or coordinate a potluck style meal.  Help us build a more equitable community.

Below is a current list of our DEI Business Members. ONLY 24 businesses can join each year. Click here if your organization or business would like to join our DEI network.
